The Oral Histories of Foodservice Management Educators in Dietetics documents and preserves the stories of individuals who have shaped the field of foodservice management in dietetics through their teaching, mentoring, and leadership. In these interviews, participants reflect on the evolution of their own careers and the dietetics profession as a whole. Interviews began in 2025.
