Abstract
Dr. Judy Miller discussed her journey into dietetics, starting with a strong background in science and math. She attended the University of Central Arkansas, the University of Arkansas, Washington Baptist University, and the University of Missouri, where she pursued a master's degree. Miller's career included roles at Kansas State University, the University of North Dakota, Southern Illinois University, and Louisiana Tech University. She highlighted her contributions to computer-assisted foodservice management and the establishment of the first online dietetics program at Kansas State University, which has graduated over 900 students. Miller emphasized the importance of positive teamwork and mentorship throughout her career.
