Russian Language Journal is the official refereed journal of the American Council of Teachers of Russian (ACTR) , who has managed the journal since 2001. RLJ is a journal devoted to the improvement and expansion of Russian teaching in the United States and beyond. It is published once a year in both English and in Russian
