Abstract
The 6th edition of Golosa: A Basic Course in Russian refreshes and modernizes the classic textbook to better reflect recent technological and societal advances, as well as the diversity of the Russian-speaking world. Golosa: A Basic Course in Russian, Book One aims to bring students to the ACTFL intermediate-low level, equivalent to CEFR A2; Book Two builds directly on Book One, taking students to the intermediate-mid level on the ACTFL scale or CEFR B1. This review highlights the most significant changes between the fifth and sixth editions.
