Description
The purpose of this project was to provide training for future IP&T graduate students who work as the Instructional Design Project Manager (ID PM) for BYU’s David O. McKay School of Education. This product was intended for use by newly hired graduate students and thereafter for ongoing training as a just-in-time resource.
I created an online textbook that serves as a self-paced training guide. Each chapter is a lesson or sub-lesson with guiding principles, examples, learning assessments, and experiential learning activities to use and learn from beyond the training. A final survey was inserted at the end of each lesson to help evaluate the design of its content and user interface.
