Description
The purpose of this project was to better prepare people to apply as teachers at the Provo Missionary Training Center (MTC). Areas of this education include the benefits of being an MTC teacher, the requirements of employment that should be considered, and the application process that will be followed. The two primary objectives of this education are (1) increasing the number of qualified applicants who apply to be teachers at the MTC and (2) increasing applicant satisfaction with the MTC hiring process through increasing the amount of helpful information that better answers their questions/concerns and saves them time. To do this, 11 instructional videos were created and assessed and the learnings documented in this final project report.
