Description
The purpose of this project was to update BYU-Online course material for Stress Management (EXSC 410). This course teaches the basic physiology of stress, its impact on the body, and several methods of coping with stress to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Using Merril's first principles of instruction, the course was reformatted to align with the action-based learning outcomes for the course. Application activities were created and students reported that they used the stress management skills they were taught in the course.
