Description
Mentors International is a non-profit that seeks to empower the world’s poor to grow in self-reliance through personal and business mentoring and access to financial services. Their goal was to create training curriculum that empowers clients of all education levels to start and grow their business, standardizes their training programs across the globe, and ultimately reduces repeat loan clients. This paper describes the design process of creating the curriculum, and the final product delivered.
