Abstract
This paper investigates a two-component model of population dynamicswith seasonal reproduction. Density-dependent regulation is realized by varying thereproductive age. Analytical and numerical research of the model is made, and themodel is approved using data on the natural population number. It is shown that theregulation of reproductive age is realized primarily by the number of matureanimals. The growth of juvenile survival leads to the emergence of biennialoscillation.
