Abstract
In this piece, we offer an approach for the study of religious people that honors what is “religious” about religion. We refer to selected findings from this special issue to demonstrate how this approach specifically applies to participants in this study. We also discuss what this approach could mean for social scientists, clinicians, clergy, and families.
