Abstract

Over the past 10 years the Committee on the Economics of Water Resources Development and the Committee on the Economics of Range Use and Development, of the Western Agricultural Economics Research Council, has devoted a series of meetings to the discussion of the policies and problems associated with economic development of water and range resources. This report is a joint report of the Water and Range committees, and is listed as No. 9 in the series of proceedings publications of the Water Resour"'":!S Committee.
