Abstract
Christopher Green, Zhe "Shelly" Wang, and Cody Webb, here-ta-known as CSC Consulting, performed and compiled the research project for the Homestead Resort. The purpose of the report is to help develop a market strategy through discovery and analysis of past and potential customer's perceptions of Utah resorts and the Homestead Resort. Following the meeting with Larry Jackstien, marketing consultant for the Homestead Resort, CSC Consulting formulized the following objectives: Determine past and potential customers perceptions from Salt Lake and Utah counties. Identify the key sales motivators that encourage customers to choose a resort property. Identify the most effective media for reaching potential guests. Determine satisfaction levels among past guests. CSC Consulting is comprised of Shelly Wang, Chris Green and Cody Web.
