"No pertenece a ningún partido político ni lo subvenciona nadie. Sólo es: la Medicina al servicio de la colectividad altipampina."
Translation: "(Rijcharismo) does not belong to any political party nor does anyone subsidize it. It is only: Medicine at the service of the high Andean community."
