Abstract
The Self-Efficacy Switch List is a practical checklist for building real confidence by noticing small actions, not by demanding perfect results. Each week, you focus on just 2–3 switches—such as taking small steps, restarting after failure, using social support, caring for your body, and simplifying your environment—while reflecting on what felt easier or heavier. Over time, these small, repeatable practices turn effort into momentum, strengthen your belief that “I can do this,” and help you keep going even when progress feels slow.
