Description
The purpose of this project was to create a role-based training for new interns in the Online Learning Division of the Seminaries and Institutes department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Before the creation of this training, resources for training new interns were difficult to find and incorporate into their training. Backwards design theory and case-based learning strategy were utilized to create a cohesive, holistic, spiritually edifying training experience for new interns.
