Abstract
The purpose of this study is to validate a hydrodynamic module of a 3D ecological model. During the calibration, the parameters were adjusted so that the outputs match field data. The model is forced by considering tidal surface elevation at the open sea boundary and the river. The results show good agreement with the field data, for both the calibration and the validation experiments.
