Abstract
The Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort is one of the most popular ski destinations in Utah. The resort was named the number one ski resort in the United States by Skiing Magazine for the past three years. One of the reasons Snowbird is so popular is because the resort is committed achieving the greatest possible satisfaction from it consumers. The Snowbird Resort commissioned students from Brigham Young University to determine the attitude, behavior and future expectation of holders of various Snowbird season ticket holders, and to help enlighten the resort about additional selling opportunities to their consumer. Investigators of Entertainment and Recreation is comprised of Sarah Ishmail, Sunne Drinkwater, and Matt Conran.
