Abstract

Dear Compatriots and Friends:

Summer is here already, and soon Americans and Swiss will celebrated their respective days of National Independence. To commemorate these events I am pleased to include in this newsletter two addresses which were given last year in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts, on those festive occasions.
