Abstract
Excerpts from the address given by Dr. Hans Muller, Cultural Counselor of the Embassy of Switzerland in Washington, D.C., at the Eighth Annual Meeting of November 20, 2971.
At the annual meeting of the SAHS Dr. Hans Muller not only played the role of gracious host, but also presented to those assembled a perceptive analysis relating to Swiss cultural life. It was a precise, fast-moving, and highly informed and informative presentation which opened with these words:
