Abstract

On the occasion of a tasting of Swiss wines for "Les Amis du Vin" of Washington, D.C., we met the New Yorker wine authority Creighton Churchill who then sent us his work "The World of Wines". Collier Books, New York, 1967. Mr. Churchill loves our good wines and qualifies them in his short chapter on Switzerland with the statement:
