Abstract
Although nearly everyone has faced some kind of unfair treatment in the workplace, members of the LGBT community often deal with much worse treatment—to the point of discrimination. After learning about the benefits of anti-discrimination policies for your employees and the company, you will realize that there is no reason you shouldn't—and every reason you should—implement LGBT-supportive policies at your company. The benefits include increase profitability, productiveness, work satisfaction, and employee retention.
