Abstract
I had a hard time getting started on this project when I first arrived on the Tongan islands. My body was trying to acclimate to the immense humidity it was being drenched in. Our whole group vegged around the fan as if all energy had been zapped from us. But after adjustments to both jet lag and climate had occurred I was ready to begin.
