Abstract
Reinforcement Learning is a process whereby actions are acquired using reinforcement signals. A signal is given to an autonomous agent indicating how well that agent is performing an action. The agent then attempts to maximize this reinforcement signal. One common method in reinforcement learning is Q-learning where the agent attempts to learn the expected temporally discounted value function for performing an action a in a state s Q(s,a).
