Abstract
I am a Music Performance major with emphasis in the Vocal area. It is a generally understood rule that most music performers spend time teaching in order to supplement the meager income that can be expected from a career in the performing arts. So, recently I have undertaken to find out more about teaching. I actually do have a private voice studio at my home in Tacoma, Washington during the summer months. I teach young students, ages ranging from seven to fifteen. Teaching has brought me so much joy.
