Abstract
Endophytic fungi live within the interstitial spaces of various grasses provide symbiotic benefit to their hosts. These endophytes produce various alkaloids and secondary metabolites that offer pest and drought resistance, and/or may cause livestock toxicity. This project was aimed at investigating the differences in the isolated endophyte DNA by AFLP analysis.
