Abstract
The following letter is the Research Libraries Group (RLG) response to the Library of Congress (LC) Discussion Paper that discusses adopting the use of pinyin. A copy of the letter was sent to CEAL Chairperson, Thomas H. Lee, who decided to include it in this issue of the CEAL Bulletin.
