Paul Cheesman, Ancient Writing on Metal Plates

Abstract

With the recent discovery of a large treasure trove of burial objects in Jerusalem (described in a preceding article), attention has been drawn again to the ancient practice of writing on metal. While we await further information about these artifacts, we draw renewed attention to Paul Cheesman's recent production, " So Let It Be Written" (see F.A.R.M.S. Newsletter, June 1984).
