The data for this project was formatted in an excel workbook. Within the workbook there are 5 worksheets. 
"Design" worksheet: This worksheet includes the basic information for the study, including the objective of the study, the species used, the ratio of sand and water used to fill individual boxes, the temperatures at which seeds were germinated at, the seeds per box, the treatments used, the environmental conditions of the study, the start and end dates, the design of the study, and the study protocol. 
"Meta Data" worksheet: This worksheet includes how the soil was prepared, how each individual box or repetition was planted, and how counting occured within the study.
"Germination Count Data" worksheet: This worksheet was used to record the number of seeds that germinated in each box of the study per counting period. The first column includes the temperature that was maintained for each individual box. The next column includes the plot ID that was given to each box. The next column includes the block assigned to each individual box. There were seven blocks per temperature, and blocks were placed together. The next column includes the treatment of seed assigned to each box. The next column includes the amount of Bionik (a 25% formulation of abscisic acid) that was applied to the seed for each treatment. All other columns in this worksheet include the amount of seeds that had germinated in each box on the date at the top of the column.
"Germination Indices" worksheet: This worksheet includes all the germination indices that were calculated and analyzed within this study. The first column includes the temperatures at which each box was maintainted. The next column includes the species of seed in each box. PSSP indicates that the species was Pseudoroegneria spicata (Pursh) Á. Löve. The next column includes the block assigned to each individual box. There were seven blocks per temperature, and blocks were placed together. The next column includes the treatment of seed assigned to each box. The next column includes the amount of Bionik (a 25% formulation of abscisic acid) that was applied to the seed for each treatment. The next column includes the final germination percentage that was calculated for each box. The next column includes the time to 10% germination that was calculated for each box.The next column includes the time to 50% germination that was calculated for each box.The next column includes the time to 90% germination that was calculated for each box.
"Germination Field Predictions" worksheet: This worksheet includes all the predictions of when a simulated population of seed would reach various subpopulations of germination at 6 different sites within the Great Basin of North America and across 4 years. The first column includes the site where the predictions were made. The next column includes the subpopulation of germination that was reached in the predictions. The next column includes the year of data that was used. Each column after that includes the predictions made for each individual treatment.
