Abstract
The terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001, and the subsequent war on global terrorism and its networks reminded the world of the danger to civilization of worldwide criminal enterprises. The purpose of these notes is to present some introductory material on the ongoing planetary civil war since 1917. The training for worldwide revolutionary war started at Soviet Russian political warfare academies shortly after the Russian Revolution. During the 1990s, similarly, terrorists have been undergoing terrorism training. Thousands of terrorists have graduated from terrorist schools and have been active in around 60 countries worldwide.
