Abstract
The World of Minecraft allows readers to see exactly how Marcus Persson created the popular game. Marcus started coding at age 7 and began working on Minecraft in 2009. When the game quickly became popular, he started his own gaming company, Mojang. This book provides a comprehensive look at the creation of Minecraft and its popularity. Information on popular merchandise, Minecraft story mode, and other popular Mojang games are also included.
