Abstract
Four orphans named Henry, Jessie, Violet, and Benny live in an abandoned boxcar they found in the woods. Their grandfather wants to take care of them, but the four are fearful so they make a nice life for themselves by finding recycled materials and asking townspeople for items that are going to be thrown out. After a while one of the townspeople, Dr. Moore, follows Henry and notices that he is living in the boxcar. Dr. Moore soon realizes that the flyers hung around town looking for four children are for Henry and his siblings, so he reunites the children with their grandfather, who move in together and build a happy life.
