Abstract
Pencil loves to draw, and he is good at it. Eraser loves to erase. So, when Eraser comes along, he wants to join the fun. But it’s going to take some convincing to get Pencil on board. After seeing Eraser open up the skyline of a drawing of a densely urban city, create a walking path through a drawing of a meadow, and erase some ominous clouds and waves from a sketch of a turbulent ocean, Pencil begins to see that Eraser’s new ideas and contributions (or deletions) may be beneficial after all.
