Abstract
Alice has always loved stories, especially the ones told by her dad, the legendary local storyteller. He told her the tale of the magical story web that holds our world together. When her father leaves, Alice is not sure she can believe anymore. But the story is true and the web is decaying, so forest animals reach out to Alice and two other children in the hopes that they might the ones to keep the world from breaking. Sure that her father’s absence is her fault, Alice doesn't know if she has a tale to tell. To mend the web, all the children must learn how to work together to tell the truest story of them all.
