Abstract
Is it possible to make time concrete? In his book Monkey Time, author Michael Hall attempts to do just that. When Monkey wakes up, sixty small minute dots are waiting to play with him. Monkey sits in the middle of a clock and chases each one as it races around it. Pretty soon sixty minutes have gone by, and then the minutes fly away.
