Abstract
Edward and his friend Judy have the chance to find out what it’s like to be firefighters when they spend an exciting day at the firehouse. They participate in several fun activities as they learn all about the job. As the firefighters practice a fire drill, Edward realizes how demanding the life of a firefighter can be. When Edward gets into a bit of trouble, he’s the one who needs help from those with more experience. But later in the day, he proves that he's learned his lesson when he helps to rescue a stranded cat. After such an exciting day, everyone celebrates Edward's success.
