Abstract

City takes the reader along for a colorful and comprehensive tour of town. Stops include the bookstore, the zoo, the train station, and the city pool, among others. On the way, readers pass city landmarks such as bridges, crosswalks, streetlamps, and fountains. Readers also see animals and people around town like birds and dogs, construction workers and cyclists. At the end of the tour, readers end up at one of the most important buildings of all: the school.
