Abstract
Ready, Aim, Fire! Read about many important events between the continental army and the red coats in Turning Points of the American Revolution. The first battle mentioned is The Battle of Trenton, where George Washington leads his army to gain a much needed victory against Britain. After a few more victories and losses, the Patriots are able to train during their Winter Camp at Valley Forge and "prove the fighting spirit of Americans" during The Battle of Monmouth.
