This nonfiction book breaks down facts about the flu to be easily understandable for readers of all ages. It explains the causes, incubation period, disease progression, seasons when it is more active, treatment (both medicines and remedies), complications, susceptibility, vaccination, and prevention. It also includes ways to tell if what a person is experiencing is a cold or a flu, as these are often confused. Probing questions are asked of the reader to encourage further comprehension.
