Abstract

Angie knows that her mother would never lie to her, until her mother does. Angie knows that leaving her home will break her mother’s heart and does not think she can do it, until she does. When Angie turns sixteen, she finds out that her dad really did not die in a car accident and that she has an uncle, Justin. In a quest to find out who she is and where her roots are, she leaves home for L.A. to find her Uncle Justin. It is only by running away from everything she has ever known that she discovers who she really is.
