Abstract
Eating your first birthday cake, finally being tall enough to ride a roller-coaster, learning to drive, and graduating are only a few of the many milestones people experience as they grow older. This book illustrates that as we pass through life, sometimes we fail, and sometimes we fly. The milestones are accomplishments we value, but the failures are learning experiences that can be valuable as well. All of life is an opportunity for learning and growth, both before the cake and after.
