Kenneth the seagull is in a foul mood one day, and his reason for frustration quickly becomes obvious: his friend the little penguin has eaten his Razzle-Dazzle Seaweed Lollipop! Little penguin tries everything he can think of to apologize and make it up to his friend, even enlisting the help of the reader to making goofy faces in an attempt to cheer up Kenneth. But nothing seems to be working! Then, by a stroke of luck, little penguin manages to find another Razzle-Dazzle Seaweed Lollipop. Kenneth is overjoyed and quickly gobbles it up, only to find out little penguin may have taken this lollipop from another unsuspecting owner.
