Abstract
Born in Egypt, Cleopatra was the daughter of the pharaoh. She was very bright. She ruled as queen with her brother at her side when she was eighteen, until her brother decided to rule by himself. She fell in love with Julius Caesar and had a child with him. After Caesar was killed, she returned to Egypt and became the sole ruler after her brother’s death. She was the last queen of Egypt. Then, leader Mark Antony fell in love with Cleopatra and they had three children. Before their defeat against Octavian and his army, Mark Antony and Cleopatra took their own lives.
