Abstract

The Old English sheepdog was originally bred to herd livestock, but also makes a fun, furry companion. These dogs have a happy temperament and lots of energy. Old English sheepdogs have a double coat; the top layer is waterproof! These beautiful coats require grooming every one to two days. With proper care, Old English sheepdogs can be loving companions for ten to twelve years.
