Abstract

Van Uoc Phan makes a wish that her long time crush, Billy Gardiner, would notice her for once. She didn’t think her wish would come true, but it does! As Van Uoc gets to know Billy better she starts to discover things about herself. She doesn't want to be what everyone expects her to be. She wants to be an artist and a normal girl with a cute boyfriend; she wants to have parents who understand her and let her be the kid for once. Van decides to take back her wish and begins to realize she can do anything she wants. She can even be an artist if she wants to be! It also turns out that Billy liked her because he wanted to and not because she wished it, making everything perfect in the end.
