Abstract
Nikki, the main character, is just like any other girl in school. She has her best friends Chloe and Zoe, a few frenemies like MacKenzie, and a crush Brandon. Nikki, who is often bullied by MacKenzie, and who she may or may not be jealous of, starts writing a gossip column for the school newspaper which fuels a sudden burst of motivation to join the newspaper herself as a secret advice columnist. Soon, she finds herself with lots of people asking for help and she realizes she needs advice and support just as much as her readers do. Thank goodness that her friends are there to help her figure it all out.
