Abstract
In Fall Semester 1995 the area of emphasis was Constitutional Law with a focus on Church and State issues. Separation of Church and State, by Robert L. Cord, and The Right to Religious Liberty: A Basic ACLU Guide, by Bany Lynn, Marc D. Stem, and Oliver S. Thomas were used as texts. Students had the opportunity to research two church-state cases. Some of the cases students chose were: Everson v. Board of Education, Engel v. Vitale, Corporation of the Presiding Bishop v. Amos, Abington v. Schempp, and Lemon v. Kurtzman. These papers represent the best of the student research in this semester.
