Residence Guerlin:

Situated on the famous Jean Jaures Avenue, the 35 apartment complex has full Wi-Fi access. This landmark is made up of two buildings (Apt. Block A and B) that are separated by a unique interior garden. The buildings’ architecture dates back to the mid-nineteenth century through the early twentieth century, complete with red brick walls that are reminders of the city’s medieval past. Sunday, 10 July: Welcome Party

Don’t miss the replay of the final of EURO 2016 during the welcome cocktail. At this party you will also enjoy local products (foie gras and wine). Registration will be available during this evening.

Monday, 11 July: City Hall Receptio

A Cocktail party will take place at 6:30 pm at the Place du Capitole. Feel free to bring an invitee.

Wednesday, 13 July: Musée Aeroscopia and Gala Dinner

This event is for registered participants only.

Before the Gala Dinner, you can visit the Musée Aeroscopia during a private evening. Aeroscopia is the home of a rich local aviation heritage and, with its unique collection, it creates a link between the past, the present, and the future of aviation.

Beyond the preservation and promotion of legendary aircraft, Aeroscopia’s mission is to pass on a culture of aviation, transmit knowledge and create an attractive and educational place to encourage scientific and technical careers.

The museum’s collection is rich in legendary aircraft, such as the Caravelle, the Concorde, the Airbus A300B, and the Super Guppy. These aircraft are closely connected with the history of Toulouse and the surrounding regions. A total of twenty-five aircrafts are available to view and even board!

After your museum visit, you can taste local food during the Gala Dinner and continue to enjoy the view of the aircrafts.

Be prepared for animations and other surprises throughout the evening!

Thursday, 14 July: Fireworks

Fireworks

This is a free activity where you will be able to see the traditional July 14th fireworks. The fireworks show will be held on the edges of the Garonne at 10:45 pm. They will be preceded by a concert.
