Abstract

Royal Skousen provides a review of the critical edition of the Book of Mormon published by the Foundation for Ancient Research and Mormon Studies (FARMS). Skousen discusses "the need for a critical edition of the Book of Mormon, considers the issue of Joseph Smith's 'bad grammar,' reviews the FARMS Book of Mormon Critical Text, and proposes an alternative critical edition for the Book of Mormon."
